Accessibility means that content is available to anyone who wants to access it, including:
- those working with limited technology
- people of all ages and levels of education
- first- and second-language users of English
- those living with permanent or temporary disability
- those living in areas with poor internet access.
Accessibility should be considered as part of content strategy and planning. It is far preferable to develop content with accessibility in mind than to try to retrofit accessible features into a finished product.
